Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model
3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
2 days from an RACP office location per week,
1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.
Job Description
The Role
The NSW/ACT team, based in Sydney, provides services to Fellows and Trainees at regional level, in particular support and guidance in implementing the College’s education program and provision of continuing professional development, as well as supporting delivery of policy development and advocacy to the State Committees.
The Executive Officer role is a diverse one which is responsible for:
Providing secretariat support to the New South Wales & Tasmania State Committees
Administration support to local team
Provide information to Members
Preparing related documents e.g. correspondence, reports, applications, submissions, e-bulletin content
Liaising with Fellows/trainees of Divisions. Faculties and Chapters in regard to their current and potential (in-house) educational programmes and workshops with support from the SEO NSW/ACT
Establish and maintain record keeping systems (electronic and hard copy) in accordance with College guidelines
Organise/assist with events, workshops and functions as required; coordinating career days, venue, informing trainees etc
Prepare and monitor budgets for some functions/events
Provide administrative support to the SEO and Manager, Regions as required.
