About the Role
Are you looking for a flexible job that fits around your studies? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a casual position with ad-hoc hours, primarily during weekday evenings. Key Responsibilities:
Host events both online and in-person
Welcome members and guests
Support audio-visual (AV) needs
Provide catering services
Set up and pack down rooms for events
Perform light cleaning to prepare rooms for the next day
Handle ad-hoc administrative duties with flexible hours, mutually negotiated
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Attributes
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidence with troubleshooting IT and AV systems
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
