Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model

  • 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,  
  • 2 days from an RACP office location per week,  
  • 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.

The Role

We’re seeking a people-focused Change Manager to play a pivotal role in a program of work with projects in digital, customer-service, and organisational change. 

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, coordinating, and delivering end-to-end change management activities. Your focus will be to ensure a smooth transition for people, processes, and systems, while minimising resistance and fostering adoption. You'll work across functions to deliver change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and engaging communications that support complex change initiatives.  

Desired Skills and Experience

The Successful Candidate 

As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following skills and capabilities: 

  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional change initiatives with measurable success. 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Change Manager role, within technology-enabled projects. 

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a flair for crafting clear, compelling change messaging. 

  • Practical experience with established change management methodologies. 

 This is a fixed-term role until October 2025, with a strong likelihood of extension for 12m + beyond this.
