2 days from an RACP office location per week,

Job Description
About the Role
The primary purpose of the Program Officer is to support the delivery and continuous improvement of the CPD program by coordinating administrative activities, engaging with stakeholders, supporting committees and contributing to content development and process optimisation. The role ensures that CPD offerings are compliant, responsive and valuable to members.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide high quality support for the CPD program, including promotion of CPD products and services
- Administer CPD program activities according to the requirements of the CPD year including incompletes, audit, support calls and verified activities.
- Deliver and support the continuous improvement of the processes that ensure consistent outcomes across the program
- Capture high quality data for analysis and reporting, including the use of CRM tools
- Collaborate with partners in the program team and others to effectively improve and deliver the program
- Participate and contribute to other Professional Practice projects relevant to professionalism, continuing professional development, and online learning
- Inform communication and marketing activities by providing accurate program information and context to support member engagement
- Secretariat duties for committees managed by the Program team
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Attributes
- Tertiary qualification or experience working in a relevant field (communications, education, research, medical education, e-learning, health)
- Experience writing content for an educational environment or similar
- Strong customer service skills
- Developed verbal and written communication skills
- Developed analytical and information literacy skills
- Proven ability to interact and establish good working relationships with people at all levels, both inside and outside the organisation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under broad direction and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
