Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model
3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
2 days from an RACP office location per week,
1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.
Job Description
The Role
The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) provides services to support the delivery of training, continuing professional development, and health policy and advocacy in Australia and New Zealand.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Advanced Training Unit and committees.
The main duties will include but are not limited to:
Support team members in relevant Unit
Respond to enquiries
Data entry of trainee applications, including assessments and preparation of correspondence
Create and maintain electronic and hardcopy records
Despatching information packages
Organising accreditation of sites for Advanced Training
Identify areas and make suggestions for process improvement
General office duties, including photocopying, filing, faxing, Arrangements for meetings and preparation of meeting rooms
Mail distribution and despatch on a roster basis
Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Effective written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A commitment to professional client service and College Values
Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaborate with own and other teams
Recognition of requirements for confidentiality
Ability to work flexibly and demonstrate initiative within a team environment
Relevant administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office
