Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model

  • 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,  
  • 2 days from an RACP office location per week,  
  • 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.  

Job Description

The Role

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) provides services to support the delivery of training, continuing professional development, and health policy and advocacy in Australia and New Zealand.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Advanced Training Unit and committees.

The main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Support team members in relevant Unit
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Data entry of trainee applications, including assessments and preparation of correspondence
  • Create and maintain electronic and hardcopy records
  • Despatching information packages
  • Organising accreditation of sites for Advanced Training
  • Identify areas and make suggestions for process improvement
  • General office duties, including photocopying, filing, faxing, Arrangements for meetings and preparation of meeting rooms
  • Mail distribution and despatch on a roster basis

  • Relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
