Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model
3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
2 days from an RACP office location per week,
1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.
Job Description
This exciting Test Lead, Trellis role is part of the Digital Transformation program of work called project TRELLIS. You will be part of a team which is responsible for the Implementation of a solution that underpins the delivery of improved employee and member experience “the north star” via new technology and new/improved processes. The Test Lead will work closely with the Program Director to ensure the effective and efficient management of TRELLIS.
Key responsibilities
Program Test Strategy & Planning – develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with program goals and timelines
Test Coordination & Execution – Develop test plans that cover functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, performance and security testing phases
Test Execution Oversight – Ensure execution of test cases across all streams of the program
Team & Vendors – Mentor and coach testers and collaborate with third-party vendors and/or implementation partners.
Risk Management – identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to testing and quality
Automation & Tools – Champion test automation initiatives and utilize test management and defect tracking tools agreed for the program
Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Reporting – Provide clear and concise test status reports, metrics, and quality assessments to program leadership
Desired Skills and Experience
In order to be successfully shortlisted we are seeking the following skills and experience.
Essential
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge gained through a combination of education, training and/or experience in a similar role
7+ years professional experience working in quality assurance, with at least 3 years managing large-scale ERP/CRM/Digital Transformation testing programs
Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
Strong understanding of D365 platform

Technical Expertise
Quality focus & Continuous Improvement
Experience with Test automation tools and framework
Successfully implemented a Test automation framework around digital transformation projects
Strong planning, scheduling and capacity/resource management experience within a program and/or project environment
Ability to critically analyse issues and problems that may arise in the Program and propose innovative and fit for purpose solutions aligned with strategic and business priorities
Advanced consultation, influencing and negotiation skills and proven ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders at different levels within an organisation to achieve successful outcomes
Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies having worked in Agile environments.

Experience working in a member led organisation similar to the RACP
