  • Coordinating Events: Successfully coordinating the logistical aspects of both internal and external examination events, including examiner calibration, videoconferences, training sessions, member forums and travel arrangements. You’ll handle every stage of the event cycle – from planning to post-event follow-up and reporting.

  • Providing Secretariat Support: You’ll support the Divisional Examination committees and examiner panels by preparing agendas and briefs, organizing meetings, producing minutes, drafting reports, and implementing committee decisions.

  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensuring candidate records, applications, and results are up-to-date and reliable. You’ll also manage special requests such as withdrawals and applications for special consideration or exam provisions with care.

  • Supporting Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with Fellows, Trainees, Staff, specialty societies, and other external partners to ensure smooth event delivery.

  • Administrative Support: You will provide general administrative support across Basic Training as required and offer on-the-ground assistance when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in managing competing priorities, especially during high workload periods.

  • Adaptable: You’re comfortable dealing with ambiguity and can pivot in a fast-changing environment.

  • Skilled Communicator: You can influence and manage stakeholders’ expectations effectively while providing clear, concise communication.

  • A Team Player: You’re not just about tasks – you care about building strong working relationships with colleagues, external partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Dedicated to High Standards: You’re committed to adhering to policy and process standards, ensuring every aspect of event delivery and candidate management runs smoothly.
