Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model

  • 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,  
  • 2 days from an RACP office location per week,  
  • 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.

The Role

You will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the College Lecture Series, a bi-national online video lecture series for trainee Physicians in Australia and New Zealand

Your main duties and responsibilities include; 

  • Support the delivery of high quality content and resources for the program, including supporting logistics
  • Deliver the processes that ensure consistent outcomes across the program
  • Drafting communications (including briefs) to College bodies, Fellows, trainees, and other stakeholders.
  • Secretariat duties for committees managed by the Program team
  • Collaborate with communications/marketing teams to develop materials to promote the Program
  • Respond to inbound queries from members and other stakeholders and log any issues as required
  • Catalogue and manage products, resources and tools (e.g., lectures) with effective use of version control, naming protocols, metadata and other tools/processes as approriate.
  • Assisting with gaps analysis for content, including as part of a review and evaluation process
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with members and across the College, managing sensitivites
  • Work effectively and collaboratively within the Program and across Professional Practice and the College more broadly to deliver wider CLS outcomes.
  • Participate and contribute to other Professional Practice projects relevant to professionalism, continuing professional development, and online learning
  • To develop and maintain positive relationships with all relevant stakeholders
  • Capture high quality data for analysis and reporting, including the use of CRM tools
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Any other tasks or projects as directed by the the manager

Desired Skills and Experience

The Successful candidate will have;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with an ability to schedule meetings and organise logistics
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the administration and reporting of projects or programs and delivering outputs required within specified timeframes
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent database and computer skills, including MS Word,
  • Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Zoom
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently without close supervision
  • A commitment to professional client service
  • Experience communicating with busy people in senior positions (such as executives or doctors)
  • Experience in managing committees (ideally with members across multiple time zones)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study
  • Experience using Jira and/or Microsoft Planner to manage workflow
  • Experience in writing clear and easy-to-understand letters, briefs or reports
  • Experience with eLearning resources
  • Experience working in the health or education sector
