The Role
Join the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) as our Organisational Design Project Lead, where you'll play a key role in delivering a high-profile organisational design program that will shape how the College is organised to better support members, employees and deliver its strategy.
Working within the Strategy & Transformation team, you’ll bring structure, discipline and momentum to a complex program by managing the project plan, governance, stakeholder engagement and communications. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, People & Culture and an Organisational Design Specialist to ensure activities remain aligned, visible and delivered on time.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating within a fast-paced environment, working across multiple priorities, and can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading project coordination and governance across the organisational design program.
Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, milestones and reporting.
Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and decision registers.
Coordinating stakeholder engagement and supporting governance forums.
Coordinating delivery across multiple portfolios, supporting consultation readiness and helping manage cross-portfolio dependencies.

Demonstrated experience supporting organisational design, workforce transformation or operating model initiatives
Experience coordinating complex projects or transformation programs involving multiple stakeholder groups
Demonstrated experience developing and executing stakeholder engagement and communications activities
Proven ability to develop clear, high-quality written communications for diverse audiences
Experience maintaining project plans, risks, issues, dependency and decision registers
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and supporting governance forums and decision-making processes
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and incomplete information
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain disciplined program management practices
Experience working in complex organisations and familiarity with project management or collaboration tools will be highly regarded.
