Job Description
About the Role
The primary purpose of the Program Delivery Officer is to lead day-to-day operations of the College’s CPD program and provide mentoring, support and guidance to the team to ensure effective administration and management of CPD. Program Delivery Officer will reinforce procedures and processes to meet regulatory requirements and ensure continuous improvement of the CPD program across all the Divisions, Faculties and Chapters.
The role will involve scoping, developing and implementing projects to strengthen and streamline CPD in both Australia and New Zealand as well as the co-ordination of regulatory reports and other data requests.
Key Accountabilities
Lead day to day management and delivery on assigned aspects of the CPD program including planning and delivery of business process in audit, CPD completion, compliance reporting, verified activities and CPD participant support.
Work with the program manager and other team members to lead the development, implementation, administration and evaluation of new initiatives for the continuous improvement of the program including ways to build the program.
Facilitate Reconsiderations, Reviews and Appeals and ensure due process is followed
Provide high-level advice to committees or key stakeholders and support the executive, digital learning team and GIP team as required.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for program delivery technology and testing for the CPD program and contribute to the improvement of technology supporting the process and ways to enhance user experiences
Develop and maintain reports across the program as required
Assist with the development of guidelines, processes and policies for program communications regarding the program.
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Attributes
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and quality assurance
Demonstrated experience in data analytics, data cleaning, analysis, visualisation and presentation of findings
Demonstrated experience in regulatory reporting through the use of Power-Bi reports
Commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement
Demonstrated experience managing projects through the use of User story design and Process Mapping
Demonstrated experience in process driven changes through a data-driven trajectory
Transformation Project experience
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining complex reports
High level MS Excel skills
High level Power BI reporting understanding
