Job Description
About the Role
Training Services is responsible for providing comprehensive support to trainees, supervisors and committees involved in the RACP Basic and Advanced training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Our services include advising on program requirements, coordinating the Divisional Clinical Examination in Aotearoa New Zealand, delivering training support for both trainees and supervisors, and supervisor learning support.
This position is located within the Training Support team, which is responsible for supporting trainee progression and tailored support to trainees, supervisors and committees in relation to RACP basic training and advanced training programs. This involves case management of trainees referred to the Training Support Pathway with identified areas of development.
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Training Support team. Key accountabilities include:
Set up new training support cases across Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Lists and Microsoft Word.
Draft emails to trainees and supervisors notifying them of support requirements.
Ensure training support material has been submitted by trainees and recorded in the appropriate system.
Identify when training support material is outstanding and determine the appropriate follow up action.
Schedule internal and external meetings and manage any conflict that may arise.
Keep supervisor professional development records up to date in the record management system.
Extract contact data from various systems for bulk email delivery
Maintain supervisor attendance records
